Moves at 11pm Saturday. Buzzes at 11:01.
Ignition and movement notifications fire in real time, any hour of the day or night. If a vehicle that should be parked starts up, you know about it while it is happening.
The Ute Did 200km on the Weekend
You noticed the fuel card. Or the odometer. Or a neighbour mentioned seeing the van at the footy. Whatever it was, you found out days later and now you are having an awkward conversation with no facts in it.
- Personal use of work vehicles you only discover from the fuel bill
- No record of when a vehicle actually left the yard
- Fuel and wear you are paying for without knowing why
- Insurance and duty-of-care questions about unauthorised trips
- A conversation based on suspicion rather than a timestamp
Told at the Time, With a Timestamp
A notification when the ignition turns on or the vehicle moves, and a trip record that says exactly when, where and how far.
- Real-time notification on ignition or movement
- Alerts fire any hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Trip record with start time, route, distance and duration
- Site arrival and departure for the yard or depot
- History you can pull up months later if it comes to it
How It Works
No rostering to configure, no schedule to maintain
Turn On the Alert
Choose the vehicles that matter and the alert type: ignition on, movement, or leaving a marked site.
The Vehicle Moves
Ignition on, or movement detected. The notification goes out straight away, whatever time it is.
You Have the Facts
The trip record shows when it started, where it went and how far. The conversation is about a timestamp, not a hunch.
What You Get
Real-time notification and the record that backs it up
Ignition Alerts
A notification the moment a vehicle starts, sent in real time to whoever needs to know.
Movement Alerts
Movement without the ignition on is worth knowing about too, and it is the same alert that catches a tow.
Site Arrival and Departure
Mark the yard, the depot or a customer site once. Get told when a vehicle turns up or leaves it.
Any Hour, Every Day
The alerts do not sleep and they do not wait for business hours. A Sunday at 3am is treated exactly like a Tuesday at 3pm.
The Trip Record
Every trip logged with start time, route, distance and duration, kept so you can look it up long after the fact.
Included at $22
Part of the Fleet plan at $22 per vehicle per month, exc. GST. No premium tier for the alerts that matter most.
One Thing These Alerts Don't Do
We would rather tell you now than have you find out after you have bought it.
There is no time-of-day filter. You cannot currently tell the system to notify you only between 6pm and 6am, or only on weekends. Every alert you switch on fires whenever the event happens, around the clock.
For most people that is what they want, because a vehicle moving at 2am and a vehicle moving at 2pm are both worth knowing about, and the timestamp on the notification tells you which one you are looking at. But if you were hoping to silence the alerts during the working day, that is not something we can do today, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- What works today. Real-time alerts on ignition, movement, and site arrival or departure, firing any hour of any day.
- What does not. Restricting alerts to a time window or a set of days.
- How people handle it. Most switch alerts on for the vehicles and sites that matter rather than the whole fleet, which keeps the volume sensible.
